Your Impact on the Team
As a key member of our production floor, you won’t just be "working a line"—you’ll be the guardian of quality and efficiency. Your day-to-day will include:
- Precision Operations: Performing vital quality checks and assisting with equipment change-overs.
- Inventory Mastery: Keeping our workflow smooth by accurately reporting material usage and minimizing waste.
- Safety Leadership: Maintaining a pristine workspace and following OSHA-standard safety habits to ensure everyone goes home safe.
- Technical Support: Completing essential paperwork and data entry to keep our plant running like a well-oiled machine.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: While this is an entry-level position, any previous manufacturing experience is a major plus!
- Mindset: Sharp attention to detail and a "safety-first" attitude.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active (bending, lifting, and standing) for the majority of your shift and repetitive motion demands.
1st Shift: Mon-Thu 6am-4:30pm
