Primary Purpose

Compile, compute and record billing, accounting, statistical and other numerical data for billing or cash application purposes. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by supplying timely and accurate information. Ensure data integrity.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Compiles, computes and records sales invoicing or cash data applications.
  2. Performs bookkeeping, including posting data or keeping other records concerning the shipment of goods and receipts of cash and adjustments to Accounts Receivable.
  3. Verifies accuracy of data and resolves discrepancies in accounting records.
  4. Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations. 

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
  • 0 - 2 years' related work experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Thorough in completion of tasks and accuracy.
  • Basic Excel skills.
