Primary Purpose
Responsible for the design, development and enhancement of digital learning experiences across our organization through execution of the Talent Technology platform tools and systems.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance along with effective delivery of the curriculum support. Provides instruction, training and resources to facilitate the use of technology, either as stand-alone training or classroom addition. Designs, develops and implements engaging digital learning solutions including eLearning modules, interactive media, videos, simulations and performance support materials. Applies instructional design best practices to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences. Creates high-quality multimedia assets using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Illustrator, VideoScribe and Camtasia.
- Manages the end-to-end content development lifecycle, including scoping, prototyping, testing, deployment and updates. Staying current on existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services and leading industry benchmarks. Conducts research to improve our current systems and processes and provides recommendations for solutions.
- Audits and provides reporting on usage and effectiveness of all Talent Technology platforms. Supports system updates and releases by validating learning-related workflows and ensuring training content is refreshed as needed. Participates in Oracle HCM and ORC system testing, including test script creation, execution, documentation, issue logging and coordination with technical teams. Monitors performance and effectiveness of digital learning content, using data to inform continuous improvement.
- Works effectively as an individual contributor, embracing and fostering the mission of Talent Management. Collaborates closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), Human Resources partners and project stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensures that safety, food safety, quality and environmental standards are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- 3 - 5 years’ relevant work experience.
- Experience with additional Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Demonstrated proficiency with Docebo, Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, Adobe Illustrator, Camtasia, VideoScribe, Tango.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration or learning analytics.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning development standards.
- Background in Human Resources systems testing, Oracle HCM or Workday and/or enterprise software implementation.
