POSITION AT A GLANCEÂ
Location: Clarksburg, NJ
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: $20–$26 per hour - Based on experience
WHAT YOU’LL DOÂ
As a Shipper/Receiver, you’ll ensure all parts shipments coming in and going out of the dealership are handled accurately and efficiently. You will:Â
➤ Unpack, inspect, and route incoming shipments; record shortages, reject damaged items, and coordinate with inventory control to resolve issues.Â
➤ Compare shipment details against invoices, bills of lading, orders, or other records to ensure accuracy for both incoming and outgoing parts.Â
➤ Determine if parts are for pickup at the parts counter, delivery to customers, or shop repair orders.Â
➤ Stock parts accurately, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and keep items easily accessible.Â
➤ Conduct inventory counts with inventory control, including off-site consignment counts when needed.Â
➤ Assist in identifying slow-moving inventory, suggest optimal stocking locations, and provide feedback on max inventory levels.Â
➤ Work with inventory control on returns to OEM manufacturers, meeting shipment requirements and deadlines.Â
➤ Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, etc.) and personal protective equipment; report any equipment needing repair.Â
➤ Maintain inventory of shipping materials and warehouse supplies.Â
➤ Collaborate with drivers and outside sales staff to stage parts for delivery or pickup.Â
➤ Adhere to and promote all health and safety policies to reinforce a safe working environment.Â

WHAT YOU BRINGÂ
â—† Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months of related experience (or equivalent combination). Basic computer knowledge required.Â
â—† Communication Skills: Able to read instructions, manuals, and safety rules; communicate effectively in writing and verbally with co-workers, departments, customers, and vendors.Â
â—† Certifications & Licenses: OSHA-approved forklift certification required; valid driver’s license required and must meet company insurability standards.Â
â—† Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Regularly lift/move up to 15 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs (manual and mechanical assistance available). Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision.Â
