Cumberland County Guidance Center is seeking a Full-Time Director of Clinical Care Systems Operations to join our leadership team in Millville, NJ.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced behavioral health leader to oversee Outpatient and Community Support Services (CSS) programs while helping shape the future of mental health and substance use treatment throughout Cumberland County.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll provide both clinical and operational oversight, supervise program leadership, support evidence-based treatment initiatives, and ensure high-quality care for individuals living with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

What You'll Do
As Director of Clinical Care Systems Operations, you'll oversee daily operations and clinical leadership for our Outpatient and Community Support Services programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and clinical leadership for outpatient and community-based behavioral health programs
- Supervising program directors, managers, and clinical staff
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
- Providing clinical supervision and consultation
- Monitoring productivity, service quality, and program outcomes
- Reviewing treatment plans and client engagement strategies
- Managing contracts, budgets, and operational performance
- Participating in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring HIPAA compliance and best practices in clinical operations

What You'll Need
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Sciences or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) credential or ability to obtain shortly after hire
- Minimum two years of behavioral health leadership or administrative experience
- Minimum five years of clinical experience working with psychiatric and co-occurring disorders
- Strong leadership, supervision, and program management skills
- Valid New Jersey driver's license with acceptable driving history
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience overseeing outpatient behavioral health programs
- Experience managing substance use treatment services
- Budget and contract management experience
- Knowledge of state and federal behavioral healthcare regulations
- Experience with quality improvement and performance management initiatives
