Job DetailsJob Location: Millville, NJ 08332Salary Range: $27.00 - $28.00 HourlyJob Purpose: - The Mold Machining Machinist at ARC INTERNATIONAL GROUP is responsible for operating and maintaining machining equipment to produce precision molds used in manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail to ensure that molds meet exact specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate various machining tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to fabricate mold components. - Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations required. - Perform routine maintenance on machining equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. - Inspect finished mold components for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. - Document machining processes and results, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the department.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training program in machining or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold machining or a closely related field. - Proven experience operating CNC machines and manual machining equipment. - Demonstrated experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs. - Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting machining equipment. Required Skills and Abilities: - Proficiency in the use of precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. - Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors. - Ability to adapt to changing work priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
