 We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Helper to join our growing team!Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Assist maintenance Technician in everyday task and general upkeep
- Perform home repairs to include sheet rocking, painting, flooring, plumbing, and minor electrical, painting etc.
- Outdoor Maintenance to include community landscaping, maintaining company structures, outdoor painting and power washing; Roofing, or under home repairs sometimes necessary.
- Submit record of work completed, and complete maintenance repair logs for equipment as needed.Â
- Participate in weekly safety meetings and maintain a safety-first approach.Â
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems helpful
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
