Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, reverse engineer, diagnose, and troubleshoot defective PCBAs to support repair objectives.

  • Develop detailed board repair plans, including technical approach, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Troubleshoot PCBA issues with limited or no design documentation using critical thinking.

  • Perform hands-on debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and related tools.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including junior and senior engineers.

  • Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support occasional international travel as required.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in PCBA design analysis, reverse engineering, and board-level troubleshooting.

  • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing complex electronic boards.

  • Solid understanding of power supplies and electrical systems (preferred).

  • Demonstrated perseverance in solving complex technical challenges.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
