About the Role
As a Multi-Classroom Teacher at Merryhill School, you will support instruction across multiple classrooms or grade levels, ensuring seamless transitions, consistent academic standards, and a positive student experience. You will implement curriculum with fidelity while adapting instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to confidently lead classrooms while maintaining alignment with Merryhill School’s educational philosophy and standards.

Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction across assigned classrooms

Implement the Merryhill curriculum with consistency and academic rigor

Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress

Maintain compliance with all school policies, safety procedures, and state requirements
What We’re Looking For

12 semester (or 18 quarter) ECE units covering child development, child/family/community, and curriculum; or a bachelor’s degree in Child Development

Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prior early childhood teaching experience preferred
