  • Work closely with product management and development to address technical issues, support customer qualification efforts, and coordinate lab validation.

  • Support module-level interoperability testing and host-system compatibility validation in the internal lab environment.

  • Develop customer-facing documentation, application notes, and debug guides.

  • Act as primary technical POC for assigned customers; support customer-specific characterization and special test requests (e.g., latency budget, power margin, Host Interface performance) within the Arycs lab environment.

  • Conduct hands-on root cause analysis to address design-in issues effectively.

  • Respond to customer tickets and reproduce reported issues in the internal lab to facilitate thorough root cause analysis.

  • Document product deviation reports for alpha samples or early prototypes, ensuring clear communication of findings.

  • Coordinate and set up product demonstrations at tradeshows and Arycs Tech facilities.

  • Define and provide requirements for customer evaluation boards (hardware/software).

  • Develop, align, and execute comprehensive customer test plans to ensure optimal product performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience interfacing with hyperscalers, system OEMs, or module vendors in a customer-facing capacity.

  • Proficiency with Python or similar scripting languages for automation, debug, and system-level validation.

  • Hands-on experience with test equipment such as BERTs, oscilloscopes, OSA, etc.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical topics.

Ability to travel as needed (estimated <10%) to customer sites or company facilities; role is primarily lab-based.
