We’re looking for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, coordinating documents, tracking project details, and supporting a variety of team members. If you’ve worked as an administrative assistant or office coordinator and want to move into a career where no two days are the same, this is your opportunity to jump into the world of construction.

What You’ll Be Doing: 
You’ll be based on an active construction jobsite, helping make sure the entire project team is supported. You’ll be working directly with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and site staff, making sure everything from paperwork to logistics is handled professionally and efficiently.

You’ll be: 
  • Keeping project documents organized and up to date
  • Helping collect electronic paperwork from subcontractors and vendors
  • Preparing and submitting billing packages (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
  • Tracking payments and making sure all the forms are where they need to be
  • Supporting daily jobsite operations like ordering supplies and coordinating deliveries
  • Managing project setup, permits, and closeout documentation
  • Jumping in wherever needed to keep things on track
Who You Are: 
  • You love creating order out of chaos and can juggle multiple tasks with grace
  • You’re a natural communicator who’s comfortable talking to all types of people
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • You’re excited to learn about construction and grow with a company that invests in its people
  • You have 3+ years of experience in an admin, coordinator, or office support role (not necessarily in construction!)
