Main Functions

The Recruiting Coordinator & Programs will interface with hiring managers and supervisors in carrying out the company's Human Resource policies and objectives while recognizing that employees are our most valuable asset. This position will focus on recruiting and hiring strategies. Ensures that job postings, candidate screening, hiring and onboarding processes meet company expectations while meeting compliance standards. Provides training related to hiring, interviewing and overall recruitment process for hiring managers. Drives processes to ensure time to fill and other recruiting metrics are met while providing a positive experience for candidates coming onboard. 

This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR (which generally means (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) have been admitted to the United States as a refugee, or have been granted asylum, as specified under applicable law.


Typical Duties

  • Source, identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions proactive recruiting strategies and various recruiting channels. 
  • Partner with hiring managers across all sites to understand hiring needs, qualifying requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Create and update job postings for open positions; posts and updates openings through internal and external ATS platform.
  • Provide feedback on improvements to the current ATS system to increase functionality i.e. interface with HRIS.
  • Engage with third party recruiters when necessary. 
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer creation, onboarding, completion of new hire documentation, and candidate dispositioning, while maintaining compliance requirements and the company’s hiring policies and procedures.
  • Complete pre-hire paperwork for onboarding of employee data on all required platforms.
  • Host job fairs at local colleges and trade schools to support ongoing recruiting needs; recruit at campuses or virtually to successfully fulfill open positions.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Manager in various Recruiting and HR Programs, CIP opportunities, and other activities as requested.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Working knowledge of ADP Recruiting Platform 


Education Requirements
 High School Diploma or GED


Experience Requirements
 2+ years’ experience in full cycle recruiting


Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary - Sitting at PC creating documents
  • Telephone calls and e-mails
  • Standing and walking 
  • Attending meetings 
  • Able to lift 10 lbs.


Working Conditions

  • Climate controlled office and production environment.
  • Safety-toed shoes required and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as needed.
