Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

  • Provide expert-level support for 5G NSA/SA, NTN, O-RAN architecture, and Small Cell deployments.
  • Lead integration and troubleshooting of xPON and DOCSIS systems.
  • Optimize Wi-Fi performance across residential and enterprise environments.
  • Support IoT device integration with cloud and edge platforms.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering performance tuning and deployment strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of field issues and deliver actionable insights.
  • Provide on-site and remote training to customer teams on product usage and best practices.

3. Product & Field Feedback

  • Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.
  • Translate field challenges into feature requests and improvement proposals.
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap and development priorities.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D and QA teams to resolve complex bugs and performance issues.
  • Support pre-sales activities with Sales and Business Development teams, including technical presentations and solution design.
  • Participate in certification processes with MNOs and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in wireless communication, networking, or embedded systems.
  • Strong understanding of 5G protocols, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies.
  • Knowledge of Open SW platforms standards such as OpenWRT, Prpl Foundation, RDKB, and so on
  • Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel for field support and customer engagements.
