Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
- Provide expert-level support for 5G NSA/SA, NTN, O-RAN architecture, and Small Cell deployments.
- Lead integration and troubleshooting of xPON and DOCSIS systems.
- Optimize Wi-Fi performance across residential and enterprise environments.
- Support IoT device integration with cloud and edge platforms.
2. Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering performance tuning and deployment strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of field issues and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide on-site and remote training to customer teams on product usage and best practices.
3. Product & Field Feedback
- Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.
- Translate field challenges into feature requests and improvement proposals.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap and development priorities.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D and QA teams to resolve complex bugs and performance issues.
- Support pre-sales activities with Sales and Business Development teams, including technical presentations and solution design.
- Participate in certification processes with MNOs and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in wireless communication, networking, or embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of 5G protocols, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies.
- Knowledge of Open SW platforms standards such as OpenWRT, Prpl Foundation, RDKB, and so on
- Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to travel for field support and customer engagements.
