SummaryÂ
Reporting to the Regional Equipment Manager / Equipment Supervisor, the Equipment Coordinator organizes day-to-day equipment and material movement to and from the shops. The incumbent is responsible for management of the yard staff and daily activities, as well as for organization and maintenance of the yard itself, including loading, unloading, and controlling the flow of people in and out of the yard.Â
Essential FunctionsÂ
ExecutionÂ
• Maintain the working order of the yards, warehouses, staff, and equipment.Â
• Receive and monitors equipment and material requisitions.Â
• Organize transportation of equipment and materials to and from project sites.Â
• Monitor regional rental equipment and look for opportunities to deploy Graham owned equipment.Â
• Complete data entry for equipment or material transfers.Â
• Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control and brand standards.Â
• Orient visitors to the yard.Â
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with other shops.Â
• Field calls and requests as they come in.Â
Planning and ProcessÂ
• Lead meetings and carry out weekly inspections of materials.Â
Financial AccountabilitiesÂ
• Provide freight estimates to operations and supervisor.Â

• Solve problems within scope (equipment supply, freight, material supply) and work closely with the supervisor / manager, escalating issues as necessary.Â
• Establish and maintain good relationships with project staff and internal supply chain staff.Â
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors.Â

Working ConditionsÂ
• This role is primarily shop or field-based.Â
• This role has the potential for overtime, and weekend and shift work.Â
California Pay Transparency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $54,160.00 – $60,930.00 annually. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits consistent with company policies.
