This role combines equipment operation with essential maintenance tasks, offering a blend of routine and challenge—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.


Aggregate Maintenance/Operator Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate front-end loaders
  • Feed raw materials into the aggregate pant
  • conduct start-up and shut down procedures
  • Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on crushing and screening equipment
  • Troubleshoot and replace screens, bearings, and conveyor systems
  • Perform daily safety and preventative maintenance checks
  • Maintain clean and hazard- free work areas

Aggregate Maintenance/Operators Desired Skills:

  • Mechanically Inclined
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) with loaders and aggregate equipment
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Climb ladders/stairs up to 24 feet
  • Work in varied weather

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed
