Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Configuration & Development Lead to join our Digital & GPT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing deep expertise in system configuration and technical leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will lead a team of developers within our Digital & GPT department, driving best practices and mentoring junior talent to ensure the successful delivery of complex enterprise applications.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Responsibility 1: Lead a team of configuration developers by providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and enforcing quality assurance practices to ensure high-standard deliverables.

• Responsibility 2: Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to translate complex functional requirements into robust technical solutions, optimizing applications and reporting to meet business needs.

• Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational coding, configuration, and reporting standards while driving process improvements and automation initiatives across the team.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience in configuration development, Structured Query Language (SQL) reporting, and application customization.

• Strong knowledge of SQL development (complex queries and stored procedures) and the .Net Framework, including Visual Basic .Net (VB.Net) and C#.

• Proven ability in leading and mentoring technical teams, with a strategic mindset to align technical work to broader business goals.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
