We hire people who are motivated by our mission and passion to do health differently.   Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience) Dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance Paid Time Off Discounted supplements Complementary adjustments and consultations Comprehensive training in The Wellness Way systems and care model   Responsibilities: As a Chiropractor, you will: Adjust and manage comprehensive patient care plans Perform diagnostic testing, including competency in taking and interpreting X-rays Assess underlying health patterns using observations, exams, and testing Develop customized care plans for patients Provide patients with lifestyle improvement guidance, including stretches, exercises, therapies, and dietary recommendations Education patients on proactive health management and corrective care Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of patient care Conduct marketing talks, community outreach events, and educational workshops Participate in social media initiatives and brand-building activities QualificationsQualifications: Active Chiropractic license in the clinic’s state.
