Facilities Technician

Responsibilities:
- perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing misc items around the club house. Change light bulbs, repair doors, handyman work etc.

- conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related handyman field
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
