Lia Auto Group - Automotive Rental Associate

Lia Auto Group is seeking Rental Associate(s) to join our team at Saratoga County Airport Rental Center

COMPENSATION RANGE: $19-$22 based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to work evenings and weekends

• Superior customer service skills with follow up skills

• Outgoing, friendly, energetic and professional

• Ability to respond well to direction and suggestions of management

• Ability and desire to achieve individual and department goals

• Punctual and reliable

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and text, and face-to-face

• Computer literacy

• Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming phone calls and manage the rentals

• Inspect rentals

• Inputting customer data into dealership management system

• Other duties assigned by management
