Direct Care Staff
Location: Milton, PA 17847
Pay: $14.68 - $15.26/hour | Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff Member to join our team on the Day Shift and Night Shift. In this role, you’ll support individuals in a residential care setting, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents and provide personal care as needed
• Assist with hygiene routines, repositioning, and safety checks
• Administer medications per care plans and maintain proper documentation
• Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any concerns
• Maintain accurate records and update care logs
• Foster a respectful, supportive, and calm environment

Qualifications:

• Prior caregiving experience (especially in memory care or assisted living) preferred
• Comfortable working independently
• Medication administration knowledge or willingness to learn
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physically able to assist with mobility and resident transfers
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must be dependable and compassionate

Schedule:

• 8 Hour Shifts
• Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
