As a Customer Account Specialist on Uline’s Finance team, you’ll work with customers to keep accounts running smoothly and support essential tax processes. Position ResponsibilitiesÂ
Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.
Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software.
Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements.
Calculate and process sales tax credits.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
