As Consolidation Manager, you will step into a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape global consolidation processes, strengthen financial controls, and elevate reporting quality across a complex, multi‑entity environment. You’ll partner closely with senior finance leaders to influence systems, processes, and controls at scale. This role also offers the opportunity to lead meaningful transformation, including continued evolution of OneStream as the enterprise consolidation platform. For professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments where accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement are essential, this position delivers both significant impact and career acceleration.
Responsibilities:
Global Consolidation
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process across multiple legal entities and regions
Review entity submissions, consolidation eliminations, foreign currency translation, and minority interest accounting
Prepare and analyze consolidated financial results in compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies
Support executive, management, and external reporting packages
Partner with regional controllers to resolve intercompany, timing, and submission issues
Consolidation Systems & OneStream
Act as a key business partner supporting consolidation and reporting processes within OneStream
Collaborate with the OneStream Center of Excellence on system enhancements, testing, and process controls
Support metadata updates, workflow management, and validation rules
Contribute to automation, close calendar optimization, and reporting efficiency initiatives
Support end‑user training and documentation across global finance teams
Governance, Controls & IPO Readiness
Ensure SOX compliance and strong internal controls across consolidation and reporting processes
Maintain close discipline, documentation standards, and review controls
Support internal and external audits with reconciliations, schedules, and process documentation
Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve data quality, and reduce close risk
Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a trusted partner to Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Regional Finance teams
Serve as a liaison between global finance users and the OneStream Center of Excellence
Mentor junior analysts and regional users on best practices
Participate in global close governance forums and finance transformation initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
6–10 years of progressive experience in consolidation, corporate accounting, or financial reporting
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidation accounting, foreign currency translation, and intercompany eliminations
Experience supporting SOX controls and external audit processes
Strong analytical skills with a high standard for accuracy and timeliness
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across global, cross‑functional teams
Preferred:
Experience using OneStream or a comparable financial consolidation system
Exposure to large ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Demonstrated success improving close processes and driving standardization
Comfort operating in a global, matrixed, private‑equity–backed environment
