Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related communication. This role helps ensure a positive customer experience while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Provide updates regarding services and scheduling when appropriate
