Description

Inland Companies and Colliers | Wisconsin are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our Real Estate Management Accounting team as a full-time Property Accounting Assistant at our downtown Milwaukee corporate headquarters.


In this role, you will work closely with our Real Estate Management and Accounting teams to support day-to-day accounting operations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of real estate clients. You will play a meaningful role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while building strong, trusted relationships with internal partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and help drive accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Prepare and distribute portfolio rent statements to tenants
  • Maintain rent rolls and general ledger activity
  • Perform cash management functions and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with property onboardings, offboardings, and portfolio transitions, helping ensure the integrity and accuracy of our accounting and property management systems
  • Partner with Real Estate Management and Accounting teams to deliver accurate, client-focused financial services
  • Complete ad hoc projects and provide general support to the broader Real Estate Management and Accounting teams as needed
