This role is ideal for a proven automotive professional who thrives on coaching others, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Automotive Desk Manager, you will play a key role in mentoring Sales Associates, improving team performance, and helping customers through the buying process. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a track record of success in automotive sales, and a hands-on approach to desking and closing deals. This role also requires a background in F&I and would be ideal for someone who's looking to transition from an F&I role to sales/desk manager.
