ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Understand full menu, including ingredients, preparation, and service standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Consistently prepare quality beverages and dishes to standard.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, performing cleaning as assigned.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operate POS system accurately while multitasking and completing side work.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Comply with accounting guidelines for processing payments and completing closing tasks at end of shift.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow merchandising, stocking, rotation, and storage standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Handle guest orders from start to finish, resolving complaints professionally.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in other areas of the marketplace as business levels demand.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior hospitality, customer service, or barista experience preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to learn all menu items and up-selling techniques.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a register.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to effectively resolve conflict situations, such as inaccurate check total.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Outgoing, pleasant personality and the ability to read and speak English sufficient to understand menus and special promotions, and communicate with guests.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to operate keyboard and Point of Sale procedures to handle cashier functions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform required tasks.
Must be able to work a varied schedule to include mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and the ability to work under pressure.
