RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers
• Mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to guests
• Checking identification to ensure guests are of legal age to purchase alcohol
• Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred
• A team player with a guest first attitude
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The ability to stand for extended periods
• Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs. required
