Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead civil project engineer duties including ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
  
• Make staffing recommendations to ensure appropriate resource allocation
  
• Ensure that civil engineering design documents meet regulatory, client, and project specifications
  
• Elevate department best practices
  
• Develop strong relationships within the company
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited program
  
• 12+ years of experience in civil systems design (healthcare, commercial, institutional, and/or higher education project types)
  
• PE License
  
• Experience leading the design of site improvements
  
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WinSLAMM, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
