Job Responsibilities
- Ensure technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client expectations are met
- Lead and mentor colleagues to foster technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues while promoting JT’s values and positive culture
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external project teams
- Deliver high-quality work that aligns with established standards and expectations
- Assist in the development and management of project budgets and timelines
- Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- 7+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
- A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical competence to perform project tasks independently
- Demonstrated ability to use or learn client and internal software required to complete projects
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
- To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
- To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work
