Concierge

VigorCare Pediatric Services is a leading healthcare company that specializes in providing pediatric care to children of all ages. We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge to join our team and assist in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and their families. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering our facility and will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience with us is positive and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and their families as they enter our facility

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Schedule appointments and manage patient records

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Keep track of office supplies and order when necessary

- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

- Provide support to medical staff as needed

- Handle billing and insurance inquiries

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate and empathetic towards children and their families
