QuadMed is looking for a Part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team in West Allis, WI. This position will work 2 10-hour shifts: Mondays & Wednesdays 6:40am-5:10pm. Full time opportunities are available if you're open to travel between our West Allis and Lomira locations. Â
At QuadMed, we're creating a better way to practice hygiene. Here, you’ll have the time, support, and clinical autonomy to do what you trained for: deliver thoughtful, relationship-driven care. That means:
- 60-minute appointments so you’re never rushedÂ
- A team production environment focused on shared success—not individual quotasÂ
- No production tracking or pressure—because quality care comes firstÂ
- If you’ve ever wanted to practice in an environment where patients—and providers—aren’t treated like numbers, this is it.
Â
Why you’ll love it here
- Unrushed care: Build meaningful relationships with patients, not just complete proceduresÂ
- Team-first culture: Collaborative, supportive environment where everyone contributesÂ
- Quality over volume: No double-booking, no production goals—just great careÂ
- Consistent schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:40am–5:10pmÂ
- Growth opportunities: Full-time options available if open to travel between Lomira & West Allis
Â
You’ll play a key role in helping patients take control of their oral and overall health—empowering them to thrive both at work and in life.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive, preventive hygiene care for patients of all agesÂ
- Educate and coach patients toward long-term oral healthÂ
- Partner with dentists and care teams to provide integrated, whole-person careÂ
- Build trust through unrushed, high-quality interactions
Â
What your day looks like
- 60-minute hygiene appointments designed for quality and patient educationÂ
- A well-supported clinical environment with strong teamworkÂ
- Time to focus on patient care—not production metrics or rushed schedules
Â
What we’re looking for
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin (unrestricted)Â
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene programÂ
- Current CPR/BLS (or ability to obtain within 60 days)Â
- A patient-focused clinician who values quality, education, and teamworkÂ
Â
Nice to have (not required):
- Dentrix experienceÂ
- Bilingual skills
Â
Creating a better way. It’s more than just the philosophy we were founded on. It’s our purpose. For our employees, it means more time with patients. Unrushed visits to build meaningful relationships. And most importantly, an opportunity to empower our patients to achieve their full potential – at work and in life. Determined to make a difference? Join our health care revolution and be a part of something better.
