Hours of Shift
Monday- Wednesday: 7am-7pm w/ a 1 hour lunch break from 1pm-2pm
Your Role as a Patient Care Coordinator
You’ll be the first impression for the team, your welcoming smile and personality will help put Patients at ease. In addition, you'll also help manage Patient schedules and financial commitments associated with care. Key areas of focus will be
Providing a warm welcome to arriving Patients
Booking appointments, answering general questions, and other similar support
Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information
Assisting with treatment plans and financial arrangements
Required Qualifications
What We Need From You
A minimum of 1 yrs related experience
A glowing personality and a welcoming smile!
Strong customer service and communication skills
