Reyes Fleet Management is hiring immediately at our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling facility in Milwaukee, WI. Seeking a Diesel Technician B to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment.

  

Shift: Full-Time Monday-Friday-Day Shift 

Pay: $31.90/Hour

CDL Incentive Pay (Additional $1.00/per hour with active CDL A license)-Preferred but not required

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Fleet Technician focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed 
  • As the Fleet Technician, you will complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance 
  • You will inspect brake systems to ensure that machines are in proper operating condition and make sure that equipment has required licensing and registration  
  • You will use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers and perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery 
  • You will examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience 
  • Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds 
  • Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement) 
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Technical School Certification
