Lakeside Manufacturing is seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our Executive Team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support-acting as a force multiplier for leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a central role in driving alignment, optimizing executive effectiveness, and ensuring priorities translate into action.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, influence outcomes, and bring structure to complexity. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on ownership, operates with discretion, and is energized by working alongside senior leaders on high-visibility initiatives.

What You'll Own & Drive

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the Executive Team-managing complex calendars, priorities, and leadership rhythms with precision
  • Orchestrate executive team alignment by managing agendas, facilitating meetings, and ensuring strong follow-through on key initiatives
  • Prepare executives for high-stakes engagements with clear, concise briefings and context
  • Partner with leadership to compile and deliver executive-level and board-facing reporting, insights, and materials
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper-prioritizing time, surfacing critical issues, and enabling focus on what matters most
  • Drive accountability by tracking decisions, action items, and cross-functional dependencies to completion
  • Lead coordination of travel and logistics with a high standard of efficiency and experience
  • Support and help drive cross-functional projects, applying strong project management and analytical thinking
  • Bring a forward-looking lens-anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities, and proactively solving problems
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism and judgment

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
