In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing dealership profitability by structuring finance deals and presenting F&I products, while delivering a seamless and transparent customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales or F&I, excels at building customer trust, and is highly skilled in presenting and closing extended warranties and protection products. Responsibilities Guide customers through the financing process by presenting loan and lease options tailored to their needs  Offer and explain F&I products such as extended warranties, GAP coverage, and protection plans to enhance ownership experience  Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a positive customer experience  Accurately desk and submit deals to lenders, secure approvals, and finalize terms  Make sound credit decisions in alignment with dealership and lender guidelines  Prepare and review all contracts and documentation for accuracy and compliance  Ensure all deals meet local, state, and federal regulations  Deliver completed deals to customers, ensuring full understanding of terms and products purchased  Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy, compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement  Work closely with sales and management teams to streamline deal flow and improve performance  Ensure timely funding of all contracts and resolve any funding issues quickly  Maintain required certifications and stay current on industry regulations and lender programs  About Us The Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success – and we want you to be a part of it!    Are you outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and have a passion for the latest technology?
