Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA, Pool, Milwaukee, WI  ($200 Sign-On Bonus Available)

Community Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs who are committed to teamwork and providing great care to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. We are offering rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in peaceful, tidy and well-supplied residential settings. This is a pool opportunity on all shifts, providing coverage across all Community Care sites. 

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Responsibilities:  

·       Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Community Care program members.  

·       Completes all orientation and onboarding requirements per established timelines.

·       Attends mandatory trainings as assigned.

·       Requires travel to various sites as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Requirements:  

·       Education: High School diploma or GED preferred 

·       Licensure: A current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing required  

·       Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or adults with disabilities in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia. 

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Schedule: 

·       Tier 1: Minimum of 2 shifts per month, 1 of which is a weekend day. If no weekend day available, 2 week day shifts required. 1 major holiday each year required.

·       Tier 2: Minimum of 4 shifts per month, 2 of which is a weekend day. If no weekend day available, 4 week day shifts required. 2 holidays per year, 1 major and 1 minor.
