Job Description:We are seeking a hands-on Team Lead – Janitorial to supervise cleaning operations at two locations. This role requires leading a small team while actively participating in daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work alongside janitorial staff across two locations.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure completion to quality standards.
• Train team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, inventory, and supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in janitorial or facilities work, preferably with supervisory duties.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff across multiple locations.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
