What You'll Do
- Lead residential plumbing installation projects while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Install residential water, gas, and DWV piping systems
- Install and troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water purification systems, and related equipment
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
- Train, mentor, and support team members
- Communicate with homeowners to explain installation options and recommend solutions that best meet their needs
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or current ABC Apprenticeship
- Previous residential plumbing installation experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 10 Certification and Cross Connection Control Assembly Tester certification are a plus
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
