Maintenance Coordinator & Technician

Milwaukee, WI | Full-Time | $70,000–$75,000

Looking for a career that combines coordination, problem-solving, and hands-on mechanical work? We're partnering with a growing industrial services organization that's looking for a mechanically inclined professional to become the hub of its field operations. This is a unique opportunity where you'll split your time between coordinating maintenance schedules and supporting technicians in the field, giving you the opportunity to build valuable technical skills while playing a critical role in daily operations.

If you're organized, mechanically minded, enjoy variety in your day, and want to grow into a specialized maintenance career, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

Hands-On Mechanical Support (50%)

  • Train alongside experienced technicians performing predictive maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Travel to customer facilities throughout the region
  • Assist with troubleshooting and evaluating industrial mechanical equipment
  • Learn specialized predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis
  • Develop into an independent field technician over time
