Job DetailsJob Location: 500 - Heartland - West Allis Courtyard, LLC - West Allis, WI 53214Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneJob Category: FacilitiesMaintenance Technician | FT Earn up to $31.00 HourMSP Real Estate, Inc Locations:Heartland West Allis Courtyard Apartments | West Allis, WIHeritage Court Senior Living | Menomonee Falls, WI** Temporary Position **   MSP/HSL is seeking dynamic, experienced Maintenance Technicians to maintain the overall maintenance of the company’s campuses and properties.  The Maintenance Technicians will work closely with property managers and executive directors to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for those residents we serve, ensuring the continued operation of all maintenance-related functions.  At MSP/HSL, we work together as a team.  We solicit, expect, and appreciate your input.  Our greatest asset is a dedicated, well-informed employee.  Our ideal candidates will be dependable, reliable, and provide exceptional care to our residents and vendors.  This position is full-time with typical work hours ranging between 7am-6pm; however, on-call availability is required.    Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications: Prepare rooms for move ins/outs including repairs, paint touch-ups, and moving furniture Respond to work order requests and concerns from residents, families, and coworkers Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs throughout the building, including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and large and small appliances Test and schedule inspections of fire protect systems, security systems, and plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and large and small appliances 1+ year experience in maintenance; housing background preferred Basic mechanical skills to include light electrical and plumbing, (HVAC and fire sprinklers a plus) Ability to critically think and problem solve is a must Must be able to push, pull and lift 50lbs; climb ladders and stairs Must possess a valid driver’s license   Benefits & Perks:  Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and voluntary life insurance Employer paid life and long-term disability insurance 401k with up to 4% company match Immediate Pay – on demand access to pay as you work!
