We are looking for looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

 

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy physical environment for parties, staff and guests of the facility.

Qualifications

The Maintenance Technician position requires:

 

Education:  High School diploma or equivalent required, plus technical training and experience.

 

Experience:  Have the ability to read, write legibly and perform mathematical problems; ability to orally communicate with staff, patients, and the public courteously, ability to concentrate on task in high traffic areas; ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to meet deadlines and set priorities; ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to operate safely machines, tools and equipment.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: 

 

Have the ability to read, write legibly and perform mathematical problems; ability to orally communicate with staff, patients, and the public courteously; ability to concentrate on task in high traffic area; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to meet deadlines and set priorities; ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to operate safely machines, tools and equipment.

 

Licensure/Certification:  Current Wisconsin Driver’s License

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Conducts routine heating and air conditioning maintenance.  

Maintains organization’s grounds.  

Carries out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair.  

Carries out routine building maintenance tasks.  

Prepares facility for special functions.  

Responds in a timely manner to alarms and codes.  

Ensures the maintenance of a clean facility.
