Overview

The Manager, Client Reporting Service Delivery leads the quality control, service management, and reporting intake functions for Client Reporting. This role ensures reporting deliverables are onboarded and delivered accurately, on time, within a strong control environment, and in alignment with client expectations, internal standards, and operational risk requirements.

 

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for intake management, quality control, and service delivery coordination.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
  • Oversee review of high-risk, customized, or complex client reports prior to distribution.
  • Ensure reporting outputs comply with client requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and audit expectations.
  • Establish and maintain quality review procedures, validation controls, checklists, and approval standards across recurring and ad hoc reporting.
  • Serve as the central intake lead for institutional reporting requests, inquiries, changes, and escalations.
  • Manage request triage, prioritization, assignment, and workflow to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Oversee service queues, reporting calendars, SLAs, capacity planning, and workload balancing across the team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in institutional client reporting, investment operations, performance reporting, asset management operations, or a related financial services function.
  • 3+ years of people management, team leadership, or functional oversight experience.
  • Strong understanding of institutional client reporting, investment data, performance reporting, holdings reporting, benchmark reporting, and client deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience managing quality control, service intake, workflow management, governance, or operational controls.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, service excellence, communication skills, and risk awareness.
  • Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
  • Operate computer programs and software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
  • Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with workflow tools, data management, or process improvement.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $125,000 - $140,000

 

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
