• Milwaukee, WI 

• Westford, MA 

• Fishers, IN

What You’ll Do 

• Participate in rotational assignments across diverse fields such as embedded systems and controls, cloud and edge solutions, field sales, and product management.  

• Work on real projects that make a measurable impact  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges  

• Get mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts  

• Build problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills  

• Contribute to on-time project delivery and progress reporting  

• Design and deliver a capstone project that showcases your growth

After successfully completing the program, you’ll transition into a full-time role in one of these areas: 

• Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Cloud/AI Engineering, Test Engineering 

• Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering 

• Product Management 

What You Bring 

• We’re looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)  

• Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering 

• Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations 

• Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact 

• Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement 

• Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals) 

• Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems 

• Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience 

• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies 

• Internship or Co-op experience is a plus 

• Willingness to relocate across the U.S.* 

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
