Clean unit turns to prepare for new tenant as directed by Lead Maintenance Technician Â

Clubhouse AreaÂ

Hallway:Â
Sweeping, mopping, cleaning of fountain, doors, windows, removal of cobwebsÂ

QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- There is no minimal educational requirement, but specialized training can helpcandidatesadvance
