Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Are you a proven leader ready to drive production success on 3rd shift? Join our team as a Production Supervisor, where you'll oversee operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a clean manufacturing environment.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Leading and mentoring employees to achieve production goals while fostering a positive, safety-first culture.
• Managing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Driving process improvements using lean manufacturing principles and 5S.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (GMP, Food Safety, Kosher/Halal).
• Troubleshooting issues, coordinating maintenance, and upholding equipment functionality.

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with proven leadership abilities.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement practices and Microsoft Office tools.
• Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced production environment.
• Requires occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and use of PPE in production areas.
• Minimal travel (up to 10%).

Expected salary range:  $70,000-$80,000 based upon experience
