The Big Tasks of a Project Administrator

The Project Administrator will support the Install & Remodel Department by managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients. This role is essential for maintaining project timelines and delivering top-tier service.


Key Sub Tasks for the Project Administrator Role

  • Coordinate and schedule sales assessments for the Install & Remodel Department.
  • Process and qualify inbound leads, assigning them to the appropriate sales team.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and internal departments.
  • Handle resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and submit necessary permits.
  • Navigate post-installation inspections and coordinate corrections if required.
  • Provide clear and timely communication with clients regarding project updates.
  • Track project progress and provide reports to management.
  • Foster positive client relationships through exceptional service.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordinator, sales coordinator, or service coordination role.
  • Experience within a mechanical or electrical contracting environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Service Titan preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
