We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our friendly, modern practice in West Allis, WI. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who values both clinical excellence and a positive, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, fluoride, and sealants
• Conduct periodontal assessments and maintain accurate patient records
• Take and interpret digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Educate patients about oral hygiene techniques and the connection between oral and overall health
• Collaborate with the doctor and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment in accordance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
• Build trusting relationships with patients and promote ongoing care and follow-up

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
