What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Support Advisor, you will:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing client support

• Educate individuals and families about available benefit and coverage options

• Answer client questions and guide them through the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

• Build lasting client relationships through professionalism, integrity, and service
