Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism and sound judgment. You will support patients, visitors, and staff through exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $20.15 / Hour

Minimum 3 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Must be 21+ years of age

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a healthcare plasma collection location.
• Maintain an armed security-related presence in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and response actions accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
